MyDevHut provides web development, design, SEO and related digital services on a project or retainer basis. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed before project commencement.
Payments follow a milestone-based structure outlined in your SOW (typically 40% upfront, 40% mid-project, 20% on launch). Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments accrue 2% monthly interest after 14 days.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of deliverables custom-created for your project. Open-source components, third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licences. MyDevHut retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project milestone includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in the SOW). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.
We warrant that work will be performed professionally and be free of defects for 90 days post-launch. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during a project. We will sign NDAs upon request. Client projects are never publicly discussed without written permission.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Work completed to that point is billable. Deposits for work not yet begun are refundable if termination is initiated by MyDevHut.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
